Returns and Refunds

Our satisfaction guarantee is active for 60 days post delivery. If more than 60 days have passed since the delivery date, we, unfortunately, can’t offer you a refund.

For returns, please email info@artinoor.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.

Returns are 100% free of charge. ARTINOOR will provide the customer with a shipping label.

When the returned item is received and inspected, the customer receives a confirmation email, notifying them about the status of the refund. If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after

Custom orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.

We accept cancellations only within 48 hours after the order has been placed.

 

Shipping

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

Express shipping is free for all paintings. The paintings are put in a protective package to insure no damage. Framed paintings are shipped using DHL Express, while rolled canvas paintings are shipped via FedEx and UPS Express.

US, CA: 4-5 business days

AU, NZ: 5-6 business days

EU: 3-5 business days

Rest of the world: 5-6 business days

All paintings are shipped after painting, stretching, framing, and quality inspection are completed. This process can take up to 20 business days. Paintings ordered as rolled canvas ship after 10 to 15 business days. All paintings come with free 100% insurance coverage.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

Duties and Taxes
